I’m getting hot flashes often and the worst are at night. Wake up soaking wet. I’ve been in menopause for 4-5 years now and haven’t had the hot flashes this bad since the beginning of menopause. To clarify the only side effects I have experienced on Mounjaro are some nausea the first 2 days I take my dose especially if I have not eaten yet and some constipation. 7.5 was awful. I was vomiting and diarrhea for about 7 hours. Worst of my life. 2 days later still didn’t feel better. I didn't have a lot of before pictures, because I wouldn't let people take them, or if I took them myself, I would Photoshop them. Pic on the left is late 2019 at my biggest.
