You only need to clean it twice a day, 3 times can be a bit overkill since overcleaning piercings will irritate it and slow down the healing process because even though it gets rid of bad bacteria, good bacteria helping the piercing heal gets cleaned away.Yes and yes, hoops should never be put in new nasal piercings and the septum jewelry is either wayyy too big or it's been pierced too low. I'd say 3/10 pain for piercing, 2/10 difficulty for aftercare. Mine never get infected during the healing process either. Just spray it twice a day with sterile saline and don't touch it.
