The most open clarinets I've played are the selmers 9 and 10 series. If you don't mind a used one the 10G is very open. If $ isn't an issue check out the new Selmers. They run around $2500 and up. The series 10's, mainly the 10G can be found on ebay for $500 to $700 or so.The B2 feels to me like a B45 and the B3 is a very open and bright. Their reed has a shorter vamp than legere but the window of their mouthpiece is also shorter than in most mouthpieces. I was actually quite impressed by the quality of materials and workmanship (unlike newer Conns which are abysmal). It played pretty well too, as I recall, although it was about five years ago so I don't remember the details.

I have to say that I am not a fan of the Prestige and Tosca models which play too bright for me. The smaller key rings of the Buffet Limite were very attractive while touting the same response and a perfect amount of resistance. Like any good ending, theres always something missing.Otherwise, the most common end bore width on mouthpieces for German or Reform Boehm system clarinets seems still to be 15.0 mm. I use V12 3/3.5 on the B40D and V12 3.5/3.5+ with the B40/B40Lyre/BD7.
