Share.I think the general attitude towards piercings in a professional setting are shifting in a positive way, especially in tech and especially at tech-focused companies. They care more about your technical and soft skills than how you express yourself. Also, and industrial is a really "tame" piercing by traditional standards.It took my piercer like 15 minutes of marking and re-marking, and looking at every angle before we found a placement that looked good. But if your piercing is crooked, it's worth it to you to get it redone. Otherwise you're likely to be bothered by it every time you look in the mirror, and no one wants that.okay. first of all dont take them out exept change them to flat backs (TITANIUM) keep them on for atleast 4months but if they have not healed by then keep them on longer. Rinse them in the shower and 3 times a day with saline solution and remember to dry them with paper towel. dont touch them. dont play with them..
